摘要
通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法研究动作技能发展对我国体育课程教学的影响。研究发现,学生的身体素质发展具有阶段性和不平衡性的特点,动作技能的发展呈递进性。在体育课程教学中,应该遵循学生身体素质和动作技能的发展规律,使学生掌握某项专项运动技能,为终身体育奠定基础。
The methods of literature and logical analysis were used to do research on the influence of motor skill's development to the physical education curriculum.Research found the development of students' physical fitness is characterized by periodical and imbalance.The development of students' motor skills is progressive.The physical education curriculum should follow developing laws of students' physical fitness and motor skills.Make students learn a sport skill and laid the foundation of lifelong sports.
