普通高中选项教学模式发展学生身体素质的研究 被引量:11

摘要 运用文献资料法、实验法、数理统计法,结合不同选项全面发展学生身体素质的差异,构建了以田径、体操为辅项的主辅项选项教学模式,并与单一专项选项教学模式(目前高中体育普遍采用的教学模式)进行了对比实验研究。结果表明:以田径、体操为辅项的主辅项选项教学模式有助于学生身体素质的全面发展;选项教学中应有针对性地安排田径、体操运动的教学。建议预防普通高中体育教学就是素质练习的倾向;建立多样综合的教学模式;不同选项均突出耐力与力量素质的发展;深入落实体育与健康基础理论知识的教学,从而为普通高中体育与健康新课程的深入实施,以及学生体质健康水平的提高提供参考。 Based on a thorough investigation into the optional courses selected by the first grade students,along with analysis of the courses(track fields and gymnastics),this paper attempts to construct a mode of physical education to effectively improve students health with the aid of different optional courses,which in turn will lead to students' overall development.This study shows that both the optional courses given by some schools and choices made by students are not well-based.There are both advantages and disadvantages in developing different students' health with the help of different optional courses.To overcome the inadequacy of current physical education,it is necessary to enhance theoretical education about track fields and gymnastics.Physical education should be implemented together with health-keeping exercises.Different modes of physical education should be combined to enforce students' endurance and strength.At the same time,the local educational authority should strengthen its management and monitoring in physical education in high schools.Only in this way can we develop a practical mode of physical education,improve students' overall health and raise at the same time some standards to evaluate students' health conditions.
