摘要
学生的运动技能水平对体育锻炼态度具有一定的影响作用,研究表明:有擅长项目和无擅长项目的学生在体育认识、体育情感、体育行为方面均表现出显著性差异。整体而言,有擅长项目的学生具有更为积极的体育情感认识和时间认识,在体育运动中表现出更加强烈的兴趣并具有更多的快乐和成功体验,体育锻炼的参与性、目的性、计划性、自觉性更强。
Motor skill level has certain effect to physical exercising attitude.Research shows that: there is significant difference in recognition,emotion and activities of physical exercising between good at sports and the students are not good at sports.Overall,the students who are good at sports has more positive emotion recognition and time of sports,show more intense interest and have more happy and successful experience in sports,and sports participation,purpose,planning and self-consciousness stronger.
