大学生课余体育锻炼与积极心理健康的关系 被引量:11

摘要 目的:探索大学生课余体育锻炼与积极心理健康之间的关系。方法:采用《锻炼感觉量表》和《幸福进取者问卷》等对重庆市4所高校309名学生进行问卷施测。结果:最优尺度分析显示运动项目、锻炼时间和锻炼感觉对积极心理健康具有显著的预测效应(β=0.125-0.370),进一步逐步回归分析显示积极参与感、跑步等多个预测变量对积极心理健康维度具有显著预测效应(β=-0.108-0.385)。结论:大学生课余体育锻炼特点可有效预测其积极心理健康水平,在进行大学生课余体育锻炼指导时,需注意不同锻炼特点所产生的心理健康效应。 Objective: To explore the relationship between the characteristics of extracurricular physical exercising of undergraduate students and positive mental health.Methods: The Exercise-induced Feeling Inventory(EFI) and the Happy-enterprising Individual Questionnaire(HIQ) were used to test 309 undergraduate students in 4 colleges and universities in Chongqing.Result: The optimal scaling analysis indicated that sports events,exercise time and exercise feeling were significant related to positive mental health(β=0.125~0.370).The stepwise regression analysis indicated that positive engagement,running,etc were significant related to positive mental health(β=-0.108-0.385).Conclusion: The characteristics of extracurricular physical exercising of undergraduate students were effective to predict positive mental health.
