职业体育联盟是伴随职业体育发展而形成的一种必然的组织形式和"制度设计"。职业体育联盟是一个特殊的企业或企业联合体,经营的是若干企业相互作用所产生的权利集合,如转播权、冠名权、特许权等。职业体育联盟的价值创造模式具有典型的价值网络特征。
Professional sports leagues is an organization or management system as an inevitable consequent of the development of professional sports.As a specific corporation or their association,it is run by aggregating rights derive from the interaction between numerous corporations,such as the broadcasting rights,the naming rights,and the chartered rights,etc.Its mode of Value Creation has typical characteristic of value network.
