Impacts of Harmful Exhaust Emissions from Marine Diesel Engine on Atmospheric Environment and Its Mitigation Measures

阐述了船用柴油机废气排放对大气污染的问题以及联合国国际海事组织对船舶柴油机排放的控制标准；介绍了当前降低柴油机排气中ＮＯＸ、ＳＯＸ、ＣＯＸ、ＶＯＣＳ 和颗粒排放污染的技术措施。在此基础上，讨论了各种措施的利弊、适用范围及今后应探讨的问题。

This paper deals with the atmospheric pollution caused by harmful gases from marine diesel engines and expounds the requirements made by UN-IMO for controlling engine exhaust gases.It describes some of the prevailing technical measures to reduce NO X、SO X、CO X、VOC S and particle materials(PM)contained in exhaust gases.And then,the measures further discussed,focusing on their pros and cons,application area,and problems remaining to be solved.
