氯氰菊酯废水物化和生化处理的研究 被引量:3

摘要 对氯氰菊酯生产废水进行了物化预处理和生化处理试验。物化预处理工艺路线为高温高压氧化法(湿式氧化法),最佳温度为220℃,对应压力为3.54MPa,最佳时间为1h。废水经预处理后,COD 从43100m g/L 降至17300m g/L,去除率为60% ;氰含量从3640m g/L降至小于1m g/L,去除率高达99.9% ;出水BOD5/COD 上升至0.34。生化处理试验进水为预处理出水与稀释水的混合水,经生化处理,COD 从560~870m g/L 降至小于150m g/L,去除率为80% ~92% ;出水水质清,pH、COD、BOD5、SS均能达到排放标准。 The tests for treatment of the wastewater from cypermethrin production were carried out.The wastewater was first pretreated by wet oxidation process under the optimum conditions of 220℃ of temperature,3.54 MPa of pressure and 1h of oxidation time.Through pretreatment COD reduced from 43100 mg/L to 17300 mg/L with 60% of removal rate,cyanide decreased from 3640 mg/L to less than 1 mg/L with 99.9% of removal rate and the ratio of BOD 5/COD increased to 0.34.The effluent from pretreatment process was diluted and then treated by biochemical process.Via biochemical treatment COD reduced from 560~870 mg/L to less than 150 mg/L with 80%~92% of removal rate.The final effluent was clear and pH,COD,BOD 5 and SS could meet the discharge standards.
