重点实验室是科研的重要载体和平台,北京市教委依托首都医科大学化学生物学与药学院建立了多肽及小分子药物北京市重点实验室.本文分析了重点实验室在5年的建设中夯实重点实验室内涵建设,培育创新型人才到形成科学的培养创新人才体系的状况.

Key laboratory is the most important carrier and platform for scientific research.Beijing Key Laboratory of Polypeptide and micro molecular Drugs has been established for five years by the Education Committee of Beijing for Capital Medical University.This paper reported the progress from the education of talents to the forming of the innovative system through the strategy in the development of connotation construction of this laboratory.
