摘要
通过文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法等对健身肚皮舞的编排及其对职业女性锻炼实效性进行研究,结果表明:健身肚皮舞根据长期久坐职业女性的身心特点及接受能力而编制,体现了难度适中、易于学习,节奏与负荷强度适宜的原则,对职业女性常见的颈肩综合症、月经不调、便秘、失眠和精神紧张等症状具有预防和治疗的功效。健身肚皮舞的创编为职业女性选择运动减压处方提供了实证参考。
Through using the method of literature survey,interview and questionnaire,this paper made study on arrangement and practical effect of 118 professional women aerobic Belly dance.The results shows that the aerobic Belly dance exercise based on physical and mental character of long-term sedentary of professional women,the principle of moderate degree of difficulty,easy to learn,suitable rhythm and appropriate intensity should be taken.The aerobic Belly dance is effective in preventing and treating the common disease of professional woman such as inflammation of neck and shoulder,irregular menstruation,constipation,insomnia and disturbance.Arrangement of aerobic Belly dance provides the verify reference for professional women choose sport relief prescription.
