摘要
核心训练(Coretraining)近几年在现代竞技运动体能训练中被广泛关注,作为一种新的训练理论,人们已经意识到这个在以往主要运用于健身和康复的力量训练方法在竞技体育领域中具有同样重要的作用。通过对核心训练理论的研究,重点阐述核心区域的解剖学与生理学特征、核心肌群的工作原理和核心力量训练的特点与分类等,对基层体育教练员的训练工作提供参考。
