监理制在丰满水电厂检修项目中的应用

Supervision System in Hydropower Repair Items Application

研究了水电厂的检修体制模式及策略,提出了传统检修管理模式的不足,论述了监理制在项目管理中的优势。在丰满水电厂检修体制改革——检修与维护单位分开——后,对于丰满水电厂3号机组大修项目,率先引入监理制,使得该项目的进度、质量、投资、安全得到了控制,提高了检修效率,取得了一定的经济效益。
