摘要
以我国新闻侵权的现实问题为切入点,分析论证加强对新闻侵权抗辩事由制度的研究的重要性,并对我国新闻侵权抗辩事由制度存在的问题提出了建议。
Taking the problems of news infringement in nowadays China as entry point,the importance of the researching the reason of demurrer in news infringement is proposed.Some proposals are put forward on how to solve the problems in the law system of the reason of demurrer in news infringement of China.
