摘要
介绍了国外应急物流的先进模式,并对辽宁省应急物流架构现状进行反思,在构建和完善辽宁应急物流体系方面提出了自己的看法和建议。
It points out that the research on the emergency logistics is in the superficial level in majority of regions and cities of China,there are many gaps and vulnerability in its structure.The advanced mode of foreign emergency logistics is introduced,and the status of emergency logistics structure of Liaoning Province is reflected.Some views and suggestions are put forward on building and improving emergency logistics system in Liaoning Province.
