摘要
从人才培养模式的定义出发,介绍了国内高校传统人才培养模式,总结了我国高校人才培养模式的发展趋势,认为不同的学校要根据自身的实际情况,结合社会需求构建科学的人才培养模式,形成自身的办学特色。
The traditional personnel training model in universities of China is described and the development tendency is summarized.It puts forward that all the universities should form their own initial educational character according to their own actual situations.
