摘要
通过对辽宁省运动员权益保护中问题的分析,提出了尽早建立和完善知本补偿机制及加强对俱乐部等机构遵守劳动和社会保障法律、法规情况的监督和管理,切实保障运动员的相关权益。
With the analysis on the problems in rights and interests protection of sports athletes in Liaoning,to feasibly ensure athletes＇ rights and interests,some countermeasures are proposed,which are： establishing and completing capital compensation mechanism and enforcing clubs＇ supervision and management in observing laws and regulations of labor and social security.
