摘要
以色素溶液的吸光度为指标,采用乙醇水溶液浸提的方法,对黑花生衣色素的提取条件进行研究。通过黑花生衣色素在不同的乙醇浓度、不同的料液比、提取温度、提取时间四个条件下进行单因素试验,运用对提取效果影响较大的乙醇浓度、料液比、提取温度和提取时间的三个不同水平进行正交试验。单因素试验结果表明,黑花生衣色素的最佳提取剂是浓度为70%的乙醇,料液比为1∶50,温度为60℃,提取时间是120分钟。通过正交试验得到的最佳浸提条件为乙醇浓度70%,料液比1∶40,提取温度80℃,提取时间90分钟,在此条件下,黑花生衣色素提取液的吸光度为0.575。
The black peanut skin pigment was extracted with aqueous ethanol and extraction conditions was studied.Furthermore,the result was decided by the absorbance of spectrophotometer.With the different ethanol concentration,the different ratio of the black peanut skin to the solvent,the temperature and the extractive time,the single factor experiment was carried.Three better level of every single factor was studied in orthogonal experiment.The single factor experiment indicated that the best condition of extraction is ethanol concentration 70%,the mixture ratio of the black peanut skin to the solvent is l∶50,the temperature is 60℃,the extractive time is 120 minutes.By orthogonal experiment,the optimum extractive parameters are ethanol concentration 70%,extractive emperature 80℃,the mixture ratio of the black peanut skin to the solvent is l∶40 and the extractive time is 90 minutes,in this circumstance,the absorbance of black peanut skin pigment is 0.575.
