摘要
在介绍传统多道谱仪原理的基础上,分析其工作特点,提出一4096多道脉冲幅度分析器设计方案,制作样机,并测试电路性能。其主要特点在于:①以峰值侦测信号启动AD转换器实现脉冲峰值的测量;②使用高速AD转换器实现幅度-道址变换,提高脉冲幅度测量速度;③选用性价比高的P89LPC9000系列单片机实现低成本高速度的时序控制器。
In this paper,we introduce the principle of the traditional Multi-Channel Spectrum Analyzer and analyze the feature.We raise a new proposal,made the model machine and do the performance testing too.The characteristic of this proposal is:① Starting the converting procedue by detecting the peak value signal.② Achiving the transform for amplitude-channel address by using the high-speed A/D chip,raising the speed of detection.③ Implementing the low-cost,high-speed sequential control by using the high cost performance SCM P89LPC9000.
