摘要
以某一电动振动台附加台面为研究对象,利用有限元分析法对利用Pro/E初步设计的结构进行前20阶模态的固有频率及其振型分析。结合模态分析理论,对附加台面进行结构优化设计,并对优化设计后的附加台面进行模态分析及谐响应分析,得出其第1阶轴向固有频率和振型,结果与实验模态分析数据一致,验证了建模与分析的正确性与合理性,为整个台面设计及后续的动力学研究提供理论依据。
Some electrodynamic vibrator appending table is used as the research object,the finite element analysis is applied to the original designed structure,the preceding 20 step natural vibration frequencies and the corresponding vibration modes of the appending table are obtained.We optimize the design of the table by combining with the theory of modal analysis.With analysed modal analysis and harmonic response of the new designed appending table,we give the first step's inherent frequency on the axial direction and the vibration mode.The calculation data is the same as the modal test results,so it manifests the accuracy and effectiveness in the modeling and analysis.At the same time,the reference for design of the whole table and further dynamic research is offered by the investigation method.
