摘要
介绍了数字图像处理技术在贴片元件纠偏中应用的主要过程及实现方法。在选用了几种常用图像处理技术对图像进行前期处理之后,着重对元件图像用像素分割方法提取元件引脚图像的特征点,然后用最小二乘法将这些点拟合成直线,根据实际效果证实此斜线的斜率折算的角度可衡量元件的偏转。
Main process and realizing method of image processing in the correction of chip components were discussed.After using several techniques,we processed the original image,the method named pixel segmentation was mainly discussed about getting the feature points.Then we fitted these points into a line with the least squares method.The angle of this line was confirmed that it could be an equivalent of the angle that the chip component deflected.
