The famous novel Beloved written by black female writer Toni Morrison deeply rooted in African cultural traditions and its unique history.It embodies profound cultural characteristics of black feminism.The work shows us the adventures of the black female slave Sethe——a journey of breaking through racial oppression,gender discrimination and spiritual shackles.This procedure combines race and gender,history and culture together artfully and gives good expression to Morrison＇s writing intention.She hopes that all black females can seek for their own value,realize real self-emancipation and encourage the awakening of the whole national consciousness.
