摘要
本文介绍了多活性基低温活性染料的染色工艺,探讨了温度和碱剂对染色深度的影响。采用该工艺,织物的染色深度优于中高温条件,具有良好的配伍性,各项牢度也能达到传统工艺要求。该工艺不但能够减少能耗和助剂成本,也减小了污水处理的压力。
The dyeing process of low-temperature reactive dyes containing multiple reactive groups was introduced,and the effects of temperature and alkali on dyeing depth were studied.The dyeing depth of the fabrics dyed by this process was better than that of the middle-high temperature condition.The compatibility was good and the fastnesses could meet the requirements of conventional process. Not only the energy and the cost of auxiliary agents were saved,but also the strength of wastewater treatment was reduced by this process.
