狗细菌性急性胆囊炎模型研究

Study on Dog Bacterium Acute Cholecystitis Model

为研究狗细菌性胆囊炎模型,将8只狗随机分成两组:正常对照组和急性胆囊炎模型组,两组都用盐酸塞拉嗪肌注麻醉后,正常对照组胆囊注入生理盐水0.3ml,急性胆囊炎模型组注入大肠杆菌0.3ml,正常饲养7d。与正常对照组相比,狗急性胆囊炎组白细胞数值,胆囊湿重指数,胆囊容积指数等变化极其显著(P<0.01)。病理可见胆囊壁有大量的中性粒细胞浸入,胆囊壁水肿明显,增厚,胆汁颜色发暗,发现大量的中性粒细胞。向狗胆囊内注入大肠杆菌7天可成功的制成急性胆囊炎模型。

Study on dog acute bacterium cholecystitis mode.8 Dog were randomly divided into two groups： the normal control group and the cholecystitis model.Two groups were anesthetized by muscle injection of drugs＂Xylazine Hydrochloride＂.The normal control group were given normal saline of the dose 0.3 ml in gallbladder,while cholecystitis model were given Escherichia coli 0.3 ml for 7 day.The results suggest that cholecystitis model given Escherichia coli for 7 day can replicate successfully.
