摘要
目的建立了测定矿泉水中溴酸盐的离子色谱检测方法。方法利用电导检测-离子色谱,IonPac@AS23色谱柱,4.2mM/L碳酸钠、0.8mM/L碳酸氢钠混合淋洗液,流速1.0ml/min,水样经0.22μm尼龙微孔滤膜过滤后直接进样。结果本次实验线性相关达99.9996%,检出限4.5μg/l,相对标准偏差均小于5%,精密度良好,样品回收率94.0-105.0%。结论本方法具有操作简单,检测快速准确,灵敏度高等特点,对样品多种离子有同时跟踪的优点,完全能够满足对矿泉水中溴酸盐的检验需求。
Objective To establish a method for determination of bromate in drinking water by ion chromatography. Method Conductance-IC, IonPac@AS23 column were utilized, 4.2mM/L sodium carbonate and 0.8 mM/L sodium bicarbonate were mixed as the elutriant with the flow rate of 1.0ml/min, the sample water was injected before passing the 0.22μm micropore film. Result The linear correlation of working curve was 99.9996%, detection limit was 4.5μg/l, relative standard deviation was lower than 5% and sample recovery rate between 94.0%-105.0%. Conclusion This method is simple, quick, exact and high saitivity, it can monitor many kinds of ions and the same time and satisfy the requirement of analyzing bromate in drinking meteral water.
