摘要
本文以天然大分子量壳聚糖为原料,利用超声波降解法制备不同分子量大小的低聚壳聚糖,并采用红外光谱仪分析各分子量大小的低聚壳聚糖,来探讨超声波对壳聚糖结构的影响,并确定超声波降解法的最大超声功率。结果表明,随着超声功率的增加,降解后对壳聚糖的结构的影响也逐渐增加,并确定了最大超声功率不超过550W。
In this paper, With natural high molecular weight chitosan as raw materials, using ultrasonic degradation to preparation different molecular oligochitosan,and using infrared spectrometer analysis the different molecular oligochitosan, to explore the ultrasonic influence in the structure of chitosan,and make sure the biggest ultrasonic power on method of ultrasonic degradation. Results show that: Along with the increase of ultrasonic power, the influence of after the degradation chitosan structure increase gradually, and determine the maximum ultrasonic power does not exceed 550W.
