农村成人教育工作者培训的实践探索——以大连教育学院“燎原行动”培训模式为例

摘要 农村成人教育工作者的培训,包括对乡镇职校的校长培训和教师培训两个内容,两者既有区别又有联系,在其实施过程中可相互借鉴,互为补充。在长期的教育培训实践中,逐渐形成了不同于普通教育的、具有农村成人教育特色的教育工作者培训模式。 The training of adult educators in rural areas includes the training of principals and teachers from rural vocational schools,both of which are different as well as related.In the implementation,these two elements can be referred to each other.Long-term education and training helped to gradually form a new training mode which is different from the general education,with the characteristics of rural adult education.
