摘要
经济因素是制约膜生物反应器(MBR)废水处理工艺发展的关键,影响经济性的真接原因是能耗,间接原因是膜受污染失效。MBR中降解有机物的主要手段仍是生物反应器,膜分离对生物反应器起到了独特的强化作用,但必须考虑适当的运行条件,否则会带来负面效应。采用一体式膜——生物活性炭MBR(SMBAC)和一体式膜——序批式活性污泥法MBR(SMSBR),有望成为进一步开发废水处理中膜分离技术的有效途径。
Economy is the major factor hindering the development of membrane bioreactor (MBR) and mainly depends on membrane fouling (indirect factor) and energy consumption (direct factor). The dominant part of MBR to decompose organic substance is bioreactor. Membrane filtration normally plays an important role in intensifying bioreactor, but a suitable operation condition seems necessary to minimize the side-effects on bioreactor caused by membrane filtration. It showed that submerged MBR (SMBR) is superior to crossfiow MBR(CMBR), and SMBAC and SMBR are suggested to be the effective countermeasures to develop membrane separation techique for wastewater treatment.
