摘要
目的:分析上海交通大学医学院附属第三人民医院中药注射剂的应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:利用医院数据库,统计2006—2009年中药注射剂使用数据,通过用药金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日均用药金额(DDC)等情况进行统计、分析。结果:我院中药注射剂品种数4年来有一定变化,心脑血管系统中药注射剂的DDDs、DDC在4年中排序均稳居首位。结论:中药注射剂在我院临床的应用结构基本合理。
OBJECTIVE：To analyze the use of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） injections in No.3 People’s Hospital Affiliated to Medical College of Shanghai Jiaotong University for references of clinical rational use of this medicine.METHODS：By using hospital database,the utilization data of TCM injections between 2006 and 2009 were analyzed in respect of the consumption sum,DDDs and average daily cost（DDC）.RESULTS：The varieties of TCM injections used over the 4 years in our hospital had a little change.Both the DDDs and DDDc of TCM injections for cardio-cerebrovascular system unswervingly dominated the first place over the 4 years.CONCLUSION：The clinical use of TCM injections in our hospital is basically rational
