某院781例抗糖尿病药应用分析

Utilization of Antidiabetic Agents in a Hospital:Analysis of 781 Cases

目的:了解医院抗糖尿病药应用状况及用药趋势。方法:回顾性调查2009年7—12月应用抗糖尿病药的患者781例,对药物的种类、品种、用药时间、用药频度、联合用药和药物利用指数等进行分析。结果:781例患者应用抗糖尿病药共涉及6大类27个品规,单一用药的316例,占40.46%,联合用药的465例,占59.53%。43.45%的病例使用了注射用胰岛素类药,DDDs排序前10位的抗糖尿病药有5个是注射用胰岛素类品种,且都是合理用药。结论:医院抗糖尿病药以注射用胰岛素类为主,用药基本合理。

OBJECTIVE：To probe into the status quo and tendency of the use of antidiabetic agents in our hospital.METHODS：781 patients treated with antidiabetic agents between July and Dec.in 2009 in our hospital were retrospectively reviewed for analysis with regard to the drug categories and varieties,DDDs,drug combination and drug utilize index etc.RESULTS：Among the 781 patients,6 categories（27 kinds） of antidiabetic agents were used,361 patients（40.46%） used one drug and 465 patients（59.53%） used drugs in combination.43.45% of the patients used insuline pro injection.Of the top 10 antidiabetic agents on DDDs list,5 were insuline pro injections which were all used rationally.CONCLUSION：Insuline pro injections are the predominantly used antidiabetic agents in our hospital and the utilization of antidiabetic agents is rational on the whole
