摘要 目的:建立中药挥发油微乳中甲基丁香酚的含量测定方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法测定,色谱柱:Hypersil ODS2柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm);流动相∶甲醇-水(80∶20);检测波长:275 nm;柱温:25℃;流速:1.0 mL.min-1。结果:甲基丁香酚在12.42~49.68μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,相关系数为0.999 1,平均加样回收率为98.51%,RSD为1.22%。结论:该法操作简便、准确,可作为中药挥发油微乳的质量控制方法之一。 OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for determination of methyleugenol in the microemulsion prepared from volatile oil of Chinese herbal medicine.METHODS:By a RP-HPLC in which Hypersil ODS2 column(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm) was used with a mobile phase consisting of methanol and water(80∶20) at a flow rate of 1 mL·min-1.The column temperature was set at 25℃ and the detection wavelength was set at 275 nm.RESULTS:Methyleugenol had good linearity in the range of 12.42-49.68 μg(r=0.999 1).The average recovery rate was 98.51%(RSD=1.22%).CONCLUSION:The method is simple and accurate and it can be used as one method for quality control of microemulsion prepared from volatile oil of Chinese herbal medicine
