中药缩金胶囊对放化疗后三阴性乳腺癌患者免疫功能的影响

Effect of Suojin Capsule on the Immune Function of Patients with Triple Negative Breast Cancer after Undergoing Radiochemotherapy

目的:观察中药缩金胶囊对放化疗后三阴性乳腺癌患者免疫功能的影响。方法:分别应用中药缩金胶囊、胸腺五肽治疗接受放化疗后的三阴性乳腺癌患者各30例,并与放化疗后的30例后续无治疗的三阴性乳腺癌患者相比较。结果:缩金胶囊组和胸腺五肽组治疗后免疫学指标较治疗前均有明显提高(P<0.05),与对照组治疗后比较亦有显著性差异(P<0.05),2治疗组疗效比较无显著性差异,明显缓解患者中医临床症状,总有效率达86.67%。结论:中药缩金胶囊可明显改善三阴性乳腺癌治疗后患者免疫功能水平,提高患者免疫功能,改善患者中医临床症状,提高患者生存质量。

OBJECTIVE：To evaluate the effect of Suojin Capsule（traditional Chinese medicine,TCM） on the immune function of patients with triple negative breast cancer（TNBC） after undergoing radiochemotherapy.METHODS：A total 60 TNBC patients were randomly assigned into receive either Suojin Capsule or thymopentin（TP-5） after undergoing radiochemotherapy with 30 in each,and the two treatment groups were compared with another 30 TNBC patients treated with radiochemotherapy alone（control）.RESULTS：The immunological parameters in patients treated with consecutive Suojin Capsule or thymopentin were significantly improved after treatment as compared with before treatment（P〈0.05）,and significant differences were also noted as compared with the control group（P〈0.05）.However,there is no significant difference between the patients receiving consecutive Suojin Capsule and those receiving thymopentin,and the patients’ clinical TCM symptoms were significantly improved,with an overall effective rate of 86.67%.CONCLUSION：Suojin Capsule can significantly improve and enhance the immune function in TNBC patients after undergoing radiochemotherapy,improve patients’ clinical TCM symptoms and quality of life
