摘要
目的:了解门诊抗菌药物的应用情况,评价其使用合理性。方法:随机抽查2009年1月—2010年3月共1 333张处方,对抗菌药物的应用现状进行调查、统计、分析。结果:患者抗菌药物的使用涉及6类30种,最多使用4种抗菌药物,主要有6种不合理情况。结论:门诊抗菌药物应用存在一些问题,需要进一步提高合理用药水平,加强对抗菌药物的管理。
OBJECTIVE：To probe into the use of antibiotics in outpatients and evaluate its rationality.METHODS：We randomly selected 1 333 antibiotic prescriptions between Jan.2009 and Mar.2010 for statistical analysis with regard to the use of antibiotics.RESULTS：A total of 6 categories（30 kinds） of antibiotics were used in the outpatients,with 4 kinds used most frequently and 6 kinds of antibiotics used irrationally.CONCLUSION：The outpatient use of antibiotics is far from perfect.It is necessary to improve the rational drug use level and tighten control on the use of antibiotics.
