摘要
本文采用二卤代烃与硫醇在碱的存在下偶合的方法制备二硫杂Cyclophane化合物,然后经光化脱硫得到相应的[2.2]Paracyclophane.两步的产率均较高,且操作简便,适用于各类Cyclophane化合物的合成。
Dithiacyclophane was prepared by the coupling reaction of dihalide with dimercaptan in the presence of base. Then, photo-desulfurization of dithiacyclophane in the presence of triethyl phosphite gave the corresponding [2.2] paracyclophane in excellent yield. It provides a convenient synthetic route for making all types of cyclophanes.
