校企合作人才培养模式下高职教学及其管理改革探讨

An exploration on higher vocational education teaching and management reform under the school-enterprise cooperation model

建立校企合作人才培养模式,是发展高职教育、提升高职人才培养质量和学生就业率的必然选择,同时也对高职院校传统的教学模式和教学管理提出了新的挑战。本文结合北京经济管理职业学院的实践探索,就校企合作人才培养模式下高职院校专业教学及其教学管理的改革进行了探讨。

It＇s not only the inevitable choice for developing higher vocational education,enhancing the quality of personnel training and raising students employment rate to establish the school-enterprise cooperation training model,but also puts forward a new challenge to the traditional teaching model and teaching management in higher vocational colleges.This paper discussed the reform of teaching and its management under the school-enterprise cooperation model in higher vocational colleges based on the practice exploration of Beijing institute of Economics and Management.
