高校图书馆开展新生入馆教育工作具有十分重要的意义,但大部分高校图书馆对新生入馆教育工作重视程度不够,新生入馆教育的内容与形式上过于单一、新生后续教育资源不足,严重影响了新生入馆教育效果。高校图书馆应提高对新生入馆教育工作的重视程度,依据自身的优越条件,充分利用现有资源,通过优化的授课内容、灵活的教学形式以及分阶段授课来提高新生入馆教育效果。

Freshmen＇s library entrance education is very important for college library.But most college libraries don＇t attach importance to it.The education is simple and single in contents and forms,and the follow-up education is not enough.All these have negative effects on freshmen＇s library entrance education.College library should improve freshmen＇s library entrance education by making full use of their resources,optimizing the education contents and forms,and taking stage measures.
