黄土丘陵沟壑区生态环境治理与开发——以陕北子长县为例

Administration and Exploitation of the Ecocnvironment of the Hilly and Gully Loess Region——Take Zichang County in the Northern Shaanxi As a Example

本文以人地关系论为理论基础,应用比较法和系统相关分析法,研究了黄土丘陵沟壑区的生态特点、生态环境适宜类型以及当前生产存在的问题。根据现代经济建设的要求和目标,提出了适于本区经济效益、生态效益和资源效益协同发展的一些途径,这些途径对黄土丘陵沟壑区的治理与开发均有实际意义。

Based on the theory of man and nature relationship,this paper gives a study of the hilly and gully loess region, such as Zichang County in the northern part of Shaanxi Province——its ecological conditions, the suitable types of production for the ecoenvironment and problems existing in production——which is achieved by comparison and systematic analysis of the correlation between its different characteristics. In order to meet the requirements of economic construction and achieve the goal of it, the paper suggests some methods fit to develop the economy, ecoenvironment and natural resources of the region concurrently. These methods, we believe, will yield a better and beneficial result in the administration and exploitation of the hilly and gully loess region.
