佛手炭疽病病原菌的生物学特性研究 被引量:6

摘要 研究了引起佛手炭疽病的胶孢炭疽菌(Colletotrichum gloeosporioide)的生物学特性.结果表明:该病原真菌耐酸碱和高温,具有较高的逆境生存能力;菌丝在半合成培养基PDA上生长最快,在合成培养基CZ上生长较差;菌丝生长和孢子萌发的最适温度分别为25~28℃和20℃;适宜pH值分别为7~9和6~9;菌丝的致死条件为65℃,10 min;完全黑暗对菌丝的生长有利;0.1%的葡萄糖对孢子萌发有明显的促进作用. A fungus causing fingered citron anthracnose was isolated and identified as Colletotrichum gloeosporioide.It was showed that the pathogenic fungus had high adversity survival skills,enduring acid and alkali and high temperature.Under experimental conditions,the mycelia of the pathogenic fungus grew most quickly on the semi-synthetic medium PDA and slowly on the synthetic medium CZ.The optimum temperature for its mycelia growth and conidia germination were 25 ~28 ℃ and 20 ℃ respectively and the optimum pH were 7~9 and 6~9.Complete darkness was better for mycelia growth than with light or half-light.The lethal temperature for this fungus was 60 ℃,10 minutes.When the concentration was 0.1%,glucose promoted obviously conidia germination.The results would be helpful for pathogen infection mechanism research and disease control.
