摘要
以高浓度甲基橙溶液模拟偶氮染料废水,采用低压湿式催化氧化法(LPWCO)进行处理,考察了H2O2投量、温度、FeSO4投量、硫酸浓度、甲基橙浓度等因素对甲基橙脱色率的影响。结果表明,LPWCO法能有效地使高浓度(大于400mg/L)甲基橙溶液脱色,脱色率大于95%,而H2O2投量不到Fenton法的5%。
The low pressure wet catalytic oxidation(LPWCO) method is used to treat an azo dyes wastewater simulated by high concentrate methyl orange solution.The effects of H 2O 2 amount、FeSO 2 amount、temperature、sulfuric acid concentration、methyl orange concentration on the decolorization rate of the methyl orange are investigated in detail.The results show that LPWCO can remove the color of high concentrated methyl orange (over 400ppm) effectively.A high decolorization effciency of over 95% can be obtained and H 2O 2 amount is less than 5% of that of the Fenton method.
