红外生物效应治疗仪治疗复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的疗效观察与护理

The effect and nursing experience of infrared biological treatment for RVVC

目的总结红外生物效应治疗仪(简称ATP-Ⅰ治疗仪)治疗与药物治疗复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(RVVC)的疗效与护理。方法将我院门诊232例复发性外阴阴道念珠菌病的患者按其意愿分为ATP-Ⅰ治疗组(102例)和药物组(130例),同时进行心理护理、健康教育、定期随访,比较治疗效果和复发率。结果 ATP-Ⅰ治疗组的有效率为97.0%,复发率为2.9%;药物组有效率为66.9%,复发率为33.0%。两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重视和加强妇科门诊RVVC患者的护理工作是有效降低RVVC的重要保障。

Objective To summarize the nursing experience and effect of the therapy of Recurrent Vulvovaginal Candidiasis （ RVVC ） with ATP- I and drugs treatment. Methods A randomized study was performed of 232 RVVC patients from our outpatient clinic who were treated with ATP- I or drugs, along with psychological care, health education, and regular follow-up. The healing and recurrence rates were compared. Results The total ef fective rate and the recurrence rate were 97.0% vs 2.9%,66.9% vs 33.0% of in the ATP- I treatment group and in the control group respectively （P〈0.05）. Conclusion To emphasize and strengthen the RVVC patients care during Gynecological clinic nursing work is an effective way to reduce the incidence of RVVC.
