摘要
目的寻找积极有效的糖尿病饮食教育方式,提高糖尿病患者接受饮食教育的效果。方法将160例2型糖尿病患者随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组应用食物模具对患者进行饮食教育,对照组则采用传统教育方式进行教育。结果两组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白均有不同程度的降低,两组比较试验组优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论应用食物模具进行糖尿病饮食教育,有助于提高糖尿病患者接受教育的效果,达到降低血糖的目的 。
Objective To find a positive and effective educational method for diabetic diet and improve the effect diet education. Methods One hundred sixty patients with type 2 diabetes were divided into two groups. Food molds were used in the experimental group for the diabetic diet education, while the control group was using traditional teaching methods for the education. Results The levels of fasting blood glucose, blood glucose at 2 hours after a meal and glycosylated hemoglobin were decreased in various degrees. The experimental group was proved to be better than the control group (P〈0.01). Conclusion The usage of food molds in diabetic diet education helps to improve the effects of making diabetic patients accept diet education and to achieve the purpose of lowering blood glucose.
