摘要
随着全球经济一体化的快速发展,越来越多的国内企业选择在境外证券市场发行股票,募集资金。以分析境外证券市场的优缺点为主要研究内容,从而得到企业选择境外上市的动机。在借鉴前人做出研究的基础上,根据研究结果提出关于企业境外上市的建议,以帮助企业做出正确的选择。
Due to the improvement of global economic integration,more and more Chinese enterprises choose listing on international securities market to accumulate more funds.By analyzing the advantages and shortcomings of overseas securities markets to get motivations of listing oversea.Base on a lot of previous researches,it will illustrate some suggestions and notes that will help enterprises to make right decisions.
