摘要
我国法学教育改革应该以培养学生法律思维能力为核心,树立学生学习的主体地位,构建包含专业基础课、专业课和法律思维知识课在内的合理的法律课程体系,引进诊所法律教育,重构法学实践教学,实行案例教学等启发式、发现式教学方法。
Laws education reform should focus on the cultivation of students＇ legal thinking,construct laws curriculum system including specialty basic courses,professional courses and legal thinking courses,introduce clinical laws education,reconstruct laws practice teaching and employ such case teaching method as enlightenment and discovery.
