摘要
通过论述高职院校学习研究、探讨适用《归档文件整理规则》的意义及必要性,分析了适用过程中需要重点解决的问题,认为高职院校应当积极适用《规则》,推进档案立卷改革,从而促进档案管理进一步科学、规范化发展。
Through studying and probing into the significance and necessity of Rules of Filing Documents,this thesis analyses the major issues in the course of application of the rules and concludes that higher vocational colleges should carry out the use of the rules actively and reform documents filing.Therefore,the management of documents can develop scientifically and normally.
