摘要
目的探讨Id-1和VEGF在胃癌组织中的表达和临床病理特征之间的关系。方法通过组织芯片技术用免疫组化SP法检测55例胃癌组织、15例正常胃组织中Id-1和VEGF表达情况,以及Id-1和VEGF表达与胃癌临床病理特征的关系。结果病例组中Id-1和VEGF的表达阳性率分别为61.8%和74.5%,正常胃组织则分别为20.0%、26.7%,病例组Id-1和VEGF阳性表达率与正常胃组织比较差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。Id-1表达强度和肿瘤浸润深度、分化程度、临床分期、淋巴结转移有明显的相关性(P均<0.05)。VEGF表达强度和肿瘤浸润深度、临床分期、淋巴结转移有明显相关性(P均<0.05),而与肿瘤分化程度无关(P>0.05)。Id-1和VEGF在胃癌组织中的表达呈正相关(rs=0.525,P<0.01)。结论 Id-1、VEGF的过度表达可能与肿瘤的发生和恶性行为有关,检测该指标对预测胃癌预后和指导治疗有一定的参考价值。
Objective To investigate the expression of inhibitor of differentiation/DNA binding-1(Id-1) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in gastric cancer,and their relationships with the clinicopathologic characteristics,and to investigate the correlations among them.Methods The expression of Id-1 and VEGF in 55 cases of gastric cancer and 15 cases of normal gastric tissue was detected by tissue microarray and SP immunohistochemical method.The correlations among the expressions of Id-1 and VEGF,and their relationships with the clinicopathologic features of gastric cancer were analyzed.Results The rates of positive expression of Id-1 and VEGF were 61.8% and 74.5% in gastric cancer and were significantly higher than those in normal gastric tissue(all P〈0.05).The expression level of Id-1 was positively correlated with the depth of tumor invasion,lymph node metastasis,TNM staging and differentiated degree of gastric cancer(all P〈0.05).The expression level of VEGF was positively correlated with the depth of tumor invasion,lymph node metastasis and TNM staging,while it had no significant relationship with differentiated degree of gastric cancer(P〉0.05).The expressions of Id-1 were positively correlated with the expressions of VEGF(rs=0.525,PM0.01).Conclusions Overexpressions of Id-1 and VEGF might contribute to the tumorigenesis and malignant behaviors of gastric cancer.Detecting the expression leves of Id-1 and VEGF probably can predict the prognosis of gastric cancer.
