摘要
结合磁致伸缩致动器的磁场与温度场的耦合关系,设计一种端部冷却式磁致伸缩致动器,在取线圈内半径9 mm,外半径45 mm的情况下,磁场中心强度可以达到77 kA/m,距离中心25 mm处,即磁致伸缩棒两端磁场强度约67 kA/m,距离冷却端最远的骨架上端面与冷却端温差不超过10℃。用传统设计方式进行检验,符合磁致伸缩致动器的基本要求。
Combined the coupling relation between magnetic field and temperature field of magnetostrictive actuator,the paper designed a sort of magnetostrictive actuator of front end cooling pattern.Under the condition of coil inside radius being 9mm and outer radius being 45mm,the intensity of magnetic field center could achieve 77kA/m.And the intensity of magnetic field at the 25mm place to the center of two ends of magnetostrictive bar is 67 kA/m roughly,and the temperature difference between cooling end and top end face of the farmost framework which is far from cooling end does not exceed 10℃.By means of traditional pattern,it was verified.The result shows that it is accorded with basic requirements of magnetostrictive actuator.
