摘要
用主成分分析法对重庆市红凉伞和朱砂根的金属元素特征进行了研究,以Fe、Zn、Mg、Cu为评价指标,对其金属含量进行了综合评价。结果表明,对于红凉伞其金属含量顺序为:叶>籽>根>茎。而朱砂根金属含量顺序为:茎>籽>叶>根,因此,要使用红凉伞时,采摘其叶比较好,而对于朱砂根使用其茎要好于其他部位。
This paper is to comprehensively evaluate the metal contents, taking Fe, Zn, Mg and Cu as the evaluation index, of bicoloured ardisia and ardisia crenata, growing in Chongqing, China, by analyzing their principal components. The result shows, the order of contents of metal elements in bicoloured ardisia is : leaf 〉 seed 〉 root 〉 culm, and that of ardisia crenata is : culm 〉 seed 〉 leaf 〉 root. Hence, the leaves of bicoloured ardisia are better than that of adisia crenata.
