河南省东部地区水资源基本状况及其可持续发展战略

Basic situation of water resources and sustainable development strategy in east regions of Henan Province

水资源是促进经济发展必不可少的资源,对于区域经济发展起着关键作用。河南东部地区的水资源匮乏,且开发利用率极低,已经严重的制约了该地区的经济发展。因此,在河南东部地区实施水资源可持续发展战略极其重要。通过调查,本研究为维持河南东部地区水资源的可持续发展的开发利用提供了几点参考建议,即必须因地制宜地进行适度开源,实施引黄灌溉工程,跨流域调水,加强污水防治及水质监测工作,同时加大相关政府部门的监管力度。

As an indispensable resource for promoting economic development,water resources plays a critical role in regional economic development.However,water resources is extremely insufficient and ineffectively developed and utilized in east regions of Henan Province,witch greatly inhibit the development of local economy.Therefore,to implement the strategy of sustainable water resource development in this region is of vital importance.Through investigation,some referential suggestions concerning the sustainable exploitation and utilization of water resources in the east regions of Henan Province were provided in this paper.Such suggestions included moderate source-opening according to concrete local conditions,water transfer project from Yellow River,trans-regional water diversion,strengthening water pollution prevention and water quality monitoring,as well as the stepped-up supervision effectiveness of relevant governmental sectors.
