南疆三地州特色林果业产业化发展中的问题及对策探析

The Problems and Countermeasures of the Industrialization Development of Characteristic Forestry and Fruit Industry in Three Districts under Southern Xinjiang

南疆三地州是典型的"边、少、贫、欠"地区,即边疆少数民族聚居地区,贫困欠发达地区,为了解决这一顽症,南疆三地州势必要走一条依靠特色林果业产业化发展来促进经济社会全面发展的道路。当前特色林果业已成为三地州发展的支柱产业,在取得一定可喜的成就时,三地州政府应进一步采取措施,解决南疆三地州特色林果业产业化进程中出现的问题。

The three districts under Southern Xinjiang is an area characterized with being ＂outlying,insufficient,impoverished,and under-developed＂.It is a poverty-stricken border area inhabited with ethnic minorities.Dependent on characteristic forestry and fruit industry,a comprehensive road which can promote the development of economy and society should be taken to change this underdeveloped area.With some accomplishments achieved,characteristic industry has now become a pillar in this area.The local government should take further measures to solve the problems emerged in the process of industrialization.
