"大类招生"的人才培养模式目前已经成为我国高校招生发展的一个必然趋势,它有利于高校内部资源整合,提高办学效益;有利于因材施教,提高人才素质;有利于体现"按需培养"的原则;有利于培养复合型人才。在详细分析大类招生和地方性高校的发展现状的基础上,结合西南科技大学实际发展,本文讨论了地方性普通高校实施大类招生的条件和可行性。

＂A category of recruited students＂,a personnel training pattern,have become a inexorable trend in terms of the development of college recruits in China.This pattern is beneficial to the internal resource integration and the improvement of the efficiency in school management,teaching students according to their aptitude,the improvement of students＇ quality,embodying the principle of ＂education according to needs＂ and the cultivation of the interdisciplinary talents.Based on the detailed analysis of the category of recruited students and the status quo of local colleges,such as the Southwest University of Science and Technology,this paper addresses the qualification and feasibility analysis for local colleges to implement the category of recruited students.
