摘要
本文介绍几种不同调制速率驱动下,InGaAsP/InPDC—PBH—LD及DFB—LD的光谱特性及光波形,并探讨用法布里—泊罗半导体激光器作更高速率的数字通信光源的可能性。
This paper in■roduces spectral characteristics of InGaAsP/InP DC-PBH-LD and DFB-LD operating at different bit rates and optical output waveforms. The possibility of adopting Fabry-pe rot se■iconducto■ lasers as the light sou■ce for highe■ speed digital communications is also app■oched.
