摘要
基于互联网络的自动化系统在工业生产中应用越来越广泛,本文介绍了宁波某港口码头轨道吊起重机的远程管理系统。利用西门子WinCC组态软件的C/S(客户机/服务器)技术和微软的远程桌面技术实现了真正意义上的远程监控,服务器负责实时采集现场数据,远程计算机作为客户端通过构建的C/S结构实时访问服务器,实现数据和画面的传输,同时管理人员在办公室通过远程桌面的方式访问客户端,实时了解现场的运行状况,提高了现场数据监控的便捷性和灵活性。
Application of automation system based on Internet is broader in industry manufacture.This paper introduces that the remote crane management system of RMG at some dock.By using WinCC C/S（Client/Server）Configuration of SIEMENS and Remote desktop technology of Microsoft,the real remote monitoring system is realized. Server can collect data in real time,remote computer as client can visit server by C/S configuration,thus resulting in the realization of the transmission of the data and images. At the same time,manager can visit client by remote desktop for monitoring the site status in office.So the remote crane management system is more convenient and flexible for data monitoring.
